:1. The seller kept telling me that he would fix my simple problem within the day but it kept getting pushed back. "Within the day", he said about three times on three different days. I know he didn't log into my shopify because i can manage all logins and see timestamps of each login attempt. Yes, re replied when I sent a message, but it was all nonsense. 2. He didn't fix my problem. I am where I was when I started. 3. Basically I wasted my money, money I don't have. How do I get a refund?
